Sounds lovely… but what if it rains?

If it rains heavily and is not safe, we will not open the site. We will contact you to let you know the site will not open and provide a refund. Please note this is at our discretion and refunds cannot be given in other circumstances.

I can't make it, can I have a refund?

As with other heritage sites we cannot offer a refund if you cannot make it. This is because we need to cover the costs of putting on our event and opening up. If you cannot make it and we are sold out, we will offer your tickets to visitors on our waiting lists and try to organise a refund for you but this is not guaranteed,

What if the government guidance changes?

We are having to adapt quickly to changes in government guidance. We will continually review regulations and adapt our offer as needed to meet them. We will inform visitors as soon as any changes occur.
