From Medieval deer park to a Tudor powerhouse, you can explore the story of Sheffield Manor Lodge including the intrigues and dramas of Mary, Queen of Scots' time in captivity. Through self led trails and guided tours, Sheffield's Tudor history comes to life. Explore a Tudor herb garden before loosing yourself in the lavender labyrinth.  Throughout the summer wander a meadow haven, taking in colour strewn vistas and delve down to the detail of individual flowers and their pollinators.

We run our children's trail and two crafts every Sunday with themes changing throughout the year. This Sunday's theme is Out Of This World. Make a rocket ship and space mobile and find out some fascinating outer space facts.

For our youngest visitors there's our sandpit to play in so don't forget your bucket and spade!

• We are open every Sunday April to September 10:30am to 4pm (last entry 3pm).
• Free entry
• Guided tours start at 10:30am, 12noon and 1:30pm and are £3 per adult.
• Children's trail and craft run throughout the day and is £4 per child.
• We'd love it if you booked in advance but don't worry if you forget. Visitors are very welcome to pop in on the day.
